Cucumber 150 g [shredded]
Roasted turkey meat 120 g [shredded]
Carrot (s) 50 g [shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [shredded]


Marinade

Sesame Oil (Pure) 1 tsp
Red Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp


Directions
  1. Arrange all ingredients on a deep bowl and chill.
  2. Stir in seasoning mix just before serving. Serve cold.
