Spring Salad with Grilled Chicken Served with Plum Sauce Dressing

Ingredients

Salad vegetables 6 oz
vinegar 2 tbsp
Chicken 4 oz [, shredded]
Bell pepper (s) 2 oz [, red ]
mandarin orange segments 4 oz


Marinade

Less Sodium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Plum Sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil (Pure) 2 tbsp


Directions

1.  Wash and drain baby mixed green salad. Cut red bell peppers into 2" long strips, 1/4" thick. Drain mandarin orange. 
2.  Whisk Plum Sauce, Lite Soy Sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil. 
3.  Add green salad, bell pepper, mandarin orange and shredded cooked chicken. Toss together. Season with black pepper.
